Marathon Directors take on the Gobi Challenge

This year's Gobi March will be located around Kashgar in an area called Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture. It is a six-day, 250-kilometer race. Each individual must also carry his or her own gear, food and clothing in a backpack. The average backpack weighs about 12 kilos. Marathon Directors Liam O'Riain and Eugene Coppinger will be on the start line on June 8th.
