Thank you for your comments from Survey at Irish Runner 5 Mile

Thank you all very much for your comments in the surveys that were returned after the Irish runner 5 Mile event. All suggestions will be taken on board and most will be evident at the Frank Duffy 10 mile on August 15th. Others will be used when planning next year’s event to improve the experience for all entrants. The most urgent changes that will be in place for the next event are to improve the flow through of runners in the finish area. We will be placing the T-shirt into the goodie bag for the next event and then increase the number of stations that hand them out.
We are also adding more portaloos in the start area to ensure all people can get to the start line on time. We also had a very interesting suggestion to include staggered start times, which we are actively looking into and may include in one of the events this year but it will be part of the event going forward to help relieve congestion on the route.

Race places for the Frank Duffy are fast disappearing so please get your entry in early.

A short reminder to all those who have not yet returned their J-Chip to us, failure to do so will result on a charge of €25.
