Marathon Mission results from Ballycotton
Brian Maher was first of the Marathon Mission team home in Ballycotton when he finished third in 51:28. Sean Connolly was 4th with Brian MacMahon 11th. Brian is training hard for the Paris Marathon in a few weeks. Siobhan O\'DOHERTY was second lady to Barbara SANCHEZ (who is due to run the Hamburg Marathon in April). Third was Claire Gibbons-McCarthy, with all three under 60 minutes.Barbara and Claire have now both achieved the entry standard to the Marathon Mission squad. Fourth home was Pauline Curley, recently recovered from a bout of the flu in a time of 60:33.
