Attached is a link to the High5 marathon nutrition guide, it explains about gels what they are and how to use them and the best marathon feeding strategy to use, it is based on the testing Glasgow University conducted at the Dublin Marathon two years ago. It also has a link on the runners photos to the video interviews so you can hear how they got on personally using the strategy.
