Ava Hutchinson achieves Olympic Qualification at Houston Marathon.

Ava Hutchinson (Marathon Mission 2012 and Dundrum South Dublin AC) finished 4th today in the Heuston Marathon in a time of 2.35.33 to achieve the qualification standard for the London Olympic Games. Hutchinson was well on track throughout running even splits. Ava had warmed up at the National Lottery Dublin Marathon in October last when she ran 2:42:48. The National Half Marathon champion, joins her club-mate Linda Byrne who also achieved the standard running 2.36.21 in Dublin. Another member of Marathon mission Gladys Ganiel finished 8th in a new PB of 2.40.56.
