Marathon mission Runners to the fore in Ballycotton

Sergiu Ciobanu won the men\'s race for a third year beating Brian Maher and Mick Clohisey. His time of 49 mins 17 secs saw him 52 seconds clear of Brian Maher\'s time of 50:09. Maria McCambridge was first woman ahead of Siobhan O\'Doherty and Claire McCarthy. Her time of 55 mins 1 sec was only 13 seconds slower that her course record set last year and shows that she is in great shape for the Rotterdam marathon. Siobhan ran a PB of 56:59 to finish second with Claire recording a time of 58:08.
